About Modernscapes
Modernscapes was started in Phoenix, Arizona and has recently been moved to Spearfish, SD. We are now serving Spearfish and the surrounding Black Hills area. With over 10 years landscape experience we specialize in designing and installing creative outdoor spaces. We also do yard maintenance to ensure you have the best looking lawn/landscape in your neighborhood.
Our Process
Preconstruction Design
We start the process by setting up an at home consultation. We take a look at the current landscape and discuss what you are envisioning for your outdoor space.
Design & Construction Estimate
After the initial consultation you will be sent design ideas. We offer 3D Design services to help you envision the design and get an idea of what it will look like. You will also be given a free quote for the job with the design.
Work Begins
After the Design is approved, the contract signed and the job is scheduled the work will begin.
Final Walk Through
Once the work is concluded there will be final walk through to ensure everything was completed to your satisfaction.
